begin their search for mountain real estate.
- Feature your property on this, our very
successful website www.Appalachian-Realty.com with detailed descriptions and a
slideshow/virtual tour of your property for sale. We pride
ourselves in promoting our listings with professional looking
digital photos. After all, good photos are what attract the
attention of Buyers and cause them to ask for more information on a
home or property.
- We advertise in a national magazine that
syndicates your ad to several of their own websites with pictures.
- We submit your ad to a website that syndicates
it with pictures & a lengthy, very enticing description to Zillow
and 10 additional real estate websites, such as Backpage, Oodle,
HotPads, Trulia and many others.
- We continually resubmit your ad to Craig's
List.
- We will feature an ad on your property in our
monthly newsletter that is going out to over 200 potential buyers
each month.
In short, your property will
receive the exposure that is required to make sure every Realtor in the
area and anyone searching on the internet for that type of property in
our mountains will see it.
